| Club Bylaws |
1.) All drug use or paraphernalia is prohibited while you are carrying the name Enchanted Kreationz in any
shape, form, or fashion (I.e. the logo on your vehicle, clothing, or even being known to
associate with this club)
2.) All alcohol should be consumed responsibly.
3.) Your vehicle should be a work in progress at all times.
4.) Your attitude should be positive, respectful, and reflect good moral character.
5.) There will be NO bashing the names or character of fellow club members of Enchanted Kreationz.
6.) There will be no disrespecting of any equipment or ideas of fellow members.
7.) There will be NO altering of Enchanted Kreationz logo of any kind.
8.) Any club decisions will be made through majority rule.
9.) The president will have the final decision and can override any vote if he believes is to be in the best interest
of the club.
10.) No more than three unexcused absences from the scheduled car club meetings, which are held on the 2nd
Sunday of every month at 6 p.m. If a member misses a club meeting for any reason, they must notify the secretary
before the meeting or the missed meeting will be counted as an unexcused absence.
11.) All members must attend a minimum of three (3) club meetings in a year.
12.) Each member of Enchanted Kreationz must pay club dues ($10) with at least one witness. Club dues
would be preferably paid at club meetings so secretary can keep record of monthly dues.
13.) If at any point in time a member should become more than six months behind on his club dues, he will be
returned to being a prospect. If at the end of three months the dues are not caught up, the member will then be
kicked out of the club.
14.) When a person is being considered to be a prospect, the person in question is allowed to come to a
meeting and observe how the club operates. If he likes what he sees he can return to the next meeting and be
voted on as a prospect.
15.) Each member is required to abide by the points system. New prospects must have a total of four points in
order to be voted on. Current members must increase there point total by one in a year and once a member has
reached sixteen points their vehicle is considered to be finished.
16.) There will be a three month probationary period for all new prospects. Each prospect will be required to
attend three events (unless during the off season) in 90 days with the club before membership is voted on. After
membership is voted on, members have 30 days to display a club logo on his vehicles. If the logo is not displayed
in this time period, new members will be put back on probation and must serve two more club events before
membership is voted on again.
17.) Once an individual has been voted in as prospect, he is required to start paying club dues the following
meeting after he has been voted on.
18.) Each member must “show” at 1 overnight show and 2 local, small shows.
19.) All members must run a sticker that is at least 8” x 8” in size. Painted logos are acceptable as long as the
member remains in good standing with the club.
20.) There is to be no drinking at the show grounds of any show.
21.) A leave of absence will only be granted in the case of personal disaster, military leave, or any other
approved circumstances. Financial hardship is not an acceptable excuse.
